What is the shelf life of FEED CBDs products?
We encourage you to use products within 6 months of purchase. We hand-craft small batches and package our creams in 1 oz pharmaceutical-grade tubes (approximately a 30 - 45 day supply depending on use), ensuring the freshest, highest quality plant oils possible. The therapeutic essential oils and terpene compounds in our formulas double up as natural preservatives of the plant extracts prolonging the shelf life.
For best results , we recommend
- Keep products in cool dark places (55-70 degrees) like a drawer or cabinet.
- A consistent cool temperature helps prolong shelf life.
- Avoid drastic temperature changes.

They are crafted and tested in sunny California.
Are your products vegan?
Yes. Our products do not contain animal byproducts.
Are your products organic?
Yes, the majority of our ingredients are certified organic, including the essential oils & hydrosols. Our plant based waxes are sustainably harvested and eco-certified.
Where is your hemp from?
Our hemp is sun grown on family farms in California, using sustainable farming methods.
Do your products contain THC?
The hemp used on our products contains less than 0.3% THC.
What method of payments do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards. We do not accept personal checks, prepaid debit cards, or money orders.
Will I be charged Sales Tax?
Sales tax is dependent upon where you live and the items purchased. All applicable taxes will be estimated and collected at checkout.
I have a promotion code, how do I use it?

When will my order ship?
Orders are shipped within 24 hours of receipts Monday - Friday ( excluding holidays) via USPS. You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email when it is shipped with a tracking number. It can take up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update with USPS. Orders with standard shipping should arrive within 2-7 business days. We process orders fast, so once the order has transacted on the site it can not be changed or canceled.
What is your Return Policy?
If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date the order was delivered.
To return your product, mail your product to: FEED CBD P.O. Box 3027 Rancho Mirage CA 92270.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
If you are shipping an item over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
